  Very good option, considering there are only 2 options in town, Pizza Factory or Subway...my wife loves the breadsticks, and orders them every time we order from here. We usually have the pick up option. The service is very friendly, accommodating, and usually correct. I enjoy the crusts, hand tossed, and love the wings, extra hot please! Ok, I hope this helps, I'm off to pick up an order now! (From calling in my order to pick up time...just 15-20min) :)

  Service is not always friendly, it use to be better but has gotten worse. Most recent visit the gentleman who took my order was not speaking clearly and was mumbling, I repeated my order twice and they still messed up. Had to wait for them to remake the pizza and on top of that I was given no sauce for my wings or bread sticks. I prefer the Pizza Factory in Dayton. I've always had excellent service in the Dayton location.

  Ordered 50 dollars of food at 6:30 pm, pasta , salad for my 8 year old.... Extra tomatoes... 8 pm NO FOOD!! Effe off pizza factory. Thanks for letting kids wait 2 hours for nothing
  PIZZZA FACTORY HATES LITTLE KIDS!! Jk, but still... 2 HOURS THEN NOTHING ???? Wow shame on you pizza factory
